Meet the newest Floor Manager in Vegas, Meghan Desmond!

Meet Meghan, the new Floor Manager working alongside Kimberly McKeen at Momentum Management. Before coming to Momentum, Meghan served two years as a Customer Service Representative and took charge of managing payroll, billing, and addressing client issues with finesse. Her ability to mediate effectively, often collaborating with show floor managers, showcases her knack for ensuring smooth operations in the fast-paced world of event coordination.

Before making her mark in the event management sphere, Meghan spent six years as a manager in the food industry. Her journey into the workforce began at the age of 14, cultivating a strong work ethic that has defined her career. Originally hailing from the picturesque city of Daytona in Florida, Meghan sought a shift towards a more professional atmosphere. This desire led her to make a bold move to Las Vegas in 2013, where she found inspiration in her Uncle Rich Carlson, the esteemed City Manager of Vegas. Motivated by the desire to contribute to her community, Meghan made a career transition into public service, following in her uncle's impactful footsteps.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Meghan finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. As a mother of two, she cherishes moments spent at the parks in Las Vegas, reveling in the balance between her career and family life.
