QUICK VENUE SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Momentum Safety Protocol

  1. Momentum’s research suggests that the city and / or facility will take responsibility for determining who is healthy and who is not as laborers arrive on site.  Momentum will be working with the local facilities / venues / organizations to make sure our people cooperate in every way with this process.

  2. Daily Safety Reviews will be conducted with all Momentum employees working on the floor each day.  Exhibit house representatives and/or exhibitors are encouraged to attend whenever possible.

  3. Strict adherence will be given to each local community, facility rules and governing policies. Momentum understands that each facility may have different policies and so may each show in a city. Our city management staff is fully trained on how to blend the local policies into our corporate standards.

  4. Momentum employees are trained on all aspects of our safety protocols on the show floor.  Our team will sure to manage the appropriate social distancing, face masks, hand washing, and also wiping down of your property at the end of each day.

  5. At the end of each day, all of your properties will be thoroughly disinfected and wiped clean. A card signifying this work will be posted in your booth when work is completed.

Momentum has worked with local state, city, and facility management to clearly understand their safety approach in each location across the United States. In many cases, different cities have different rules regarding safety protocol. Momentum has incorporated these best practices along with our own to make sure you are comfortable throughout the installation and dismantle process.

If the exhibitor contacts us directly for labor services, we will notify you.  Our approach allows us to be an extension of your business on the show floor preserving your relationships that you’ve invested resources on.

The Platinum Program is our method to build and enhance partnerships with the exhibit house community.

  • The Platinum Program brings together the value of our approach to fully understand how to build the alignment necessary to leverage the power of true partnerships. Platinum partners receive greater resources from our teams, who are trained at creating unique solutions for you and the exhibitors.

  • We provide additional programs that have changed the way our partners go to market:

    • Some of our programs will support your team with reminders of upcoming shows, so you stay ahead of your daily show demands.

    • You’ll receive detailed daily reports regarding what’s happening with your project in a format that you can share with the exhibitor and/or internally within the exhibit house.

    • Programs that give Momentum the ability to support multi-city projects without the cost involved in flying staff from city to city.  This allows you to greatly reduce costs in managing these kinds of programs.

    • Momentum’s proprietary software tools will solidify our partnership and keep the most current information available to our field teams.  This means real time delivery of information from you to our labor teams onsite.
