Momentum Management (“Momentum Management,” “Momentum,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy explains how the Momentum Management Leadman mobile application (“LeadMan” or “the App”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information while supporting Momentum Management’s nationwide installation and dismantle operations.
Momentum Management Leadman App is an internal business application developed exclusively for authorized Momentum Management employees, City Managers, labor coordinators, and approved contractors. The App is used to document job progress, communicate project information, and maintain accurate records for exhibit installation and dismantle services. It is not available to the general public.
Most of the information collected through the Momentum Management Leadman App consists of business records created during the normal course of work. These records remain the property of Momentum Management and are used solely to support project execution, quality assurance, operational efficiency, and customer service.

Leadman allows users to capture photographs using their device’s camera or upload existing images from their photo library to document project conditions.

Photographs are securely uploaded to Momentum Management’s servers and associated with the applicable project record.
Although photographs taken on mobile devices may contain embedded GPS metadata, Momentum Management does not retain this location information. GPS and related camera metadata are removed during processing before images are permanently stored.
Momentum Management Leadman App is designed strictly as a business application.

Momentum Management Leadman App does not include third party analytics, behavioral tracking, or marketing SDKs.
The Momentum Management Leadman App requests only the permissions necessary to perform its intended business functions.
Camera
Allows users to capture job site photographs that become part of the project record.
Photo Library
Allows users to attach existing project related photographs or save approved images to their device when desired.
Face ID, Touch ID, or Fingerprint Authentication
Provides a convenient and secure method of signing into the application. Biometric authentication is handled entirely by the device’s operating system. Momentum Management never receives, stores, or has access to biometric information.
Information collected through Momentum Management Leadman App is used exclusively for legitimate business purposes, including:
Momentum Management Leadman App is not used for advertising, marketing profiling, or automated decision making.
Information submitted through Leadman is transmitted using encrypted connections and stored on secure Momentum Management systems.

Momentum Management uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information processed by Momentum Management Leadman App.
Information is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections and stored on secure servers. Authentication credentials and biometric sign in tokens remain protected by your device’s secure operating system storage, including Apple Keychain or Android Keystore.
While no electronic system can guarantee absolute security, Momentum Management continually works to maintain appropriate safeguards to protect company and customer information.
Project records, reports, and photographs are retained in accordance with Momentum Management’s operational, contractual, and legal record retention requirements.
Retention periods may vary depending on customer agreements, project requirements, and applicable laws.
Users control when the camera, photo library, and biometric authentication features are used. These permissions may be changed at any time through your device settings.
Because Momentum Management Leadman App contains Momentum Management business records created during the course of employment or contracted services, requests to modify or delete project information must be directed to Momentum Management management and are subject to company policies and applicable legal requirements.
Momentum Management Leadman App is a business application provided exclusively for Momentum Management operations.
Information entered into the App is intended solely for business purposes and may be reviewed by authorized personnel for project management, operational oversight, quality assurance, compliance, training, and customer support.
Users should have no expectation that information entered into Momentum Management Leadman App constitutes private or personal records.
Momentum Management Leadman App is intended only for authorized adult employees, City Managers, subcontractors, and approved contractors working on behalf of Momentum Management.
The application is not intended for use by children or the general public.
Momentum Management may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our business operations, technology, legal requirements, or the functionality of Momentum Management Leadman App.
